How it works:

Each participant dials direct to the service (non toll free number) and enters the Access Code for the event. The Host enters using a different Access Code which allows them to control the Conference.

Host and Participant Access Code, Muting, Caller Count, Hold Music, *Conference Call Digital Recording for later playback or mailed on CD or Cassette.

Automated Recording Instructions

  1. To start recording, press * 2.
  2. The system will ask you to enter 1 to record the current conference or any other digit to listen to a previously recorded conference.
  3. The system will ask if you would like a password on the recording. Enter 1 to use the participant conference entry code or any other digit for no password.
  4. You will be informed when the recording has begun.

You must go into a conference for the record or playback to work! All recordings remain on archive for 30 days only! If you have previously recorded a conference within the 30 day period, and you need to record another conference, you will override your previous recording. Contact us if you would like to get a cassette or CD of your recorded conference.
